Frequently asked questions
Does it really work offline?
Yes. Interviewers download their assigned surveys while online. Interviews, answers and audio are stored on the phone and synced when a connection is back. Sync runs while the app is open.
Which question types are supported?
Single choice, multiple choice and short text today. The editor deliberately hides types the mobile app cannot render yet.
Is audio recorded on the web too?
No. Audio recording is a mobile feature. Web interviews collect answers only.
How does the AI audit work?
When enabled for a survey, each completed interview's audio is transcribed and an AI judge compares the transcript with the recorded answers. It returns consistent, inconsistent or inconclusive with a short summary. Only inconsistent interviews with high confidence are flagged, and a coordinator makes the final call.
Who can see transcripts and recordings?
Only coordinators and admins of your account. Interviewers never see other interviewers' work.
